Breaking Strongholds

A stronghold is a specific groove of thinking that we default to when pressure and adversity are upon us. For example: Why is this so hard? Why is God doing this to me? No one loves me. I'm so alone. Nothing is ever going to change. This is the enemy's way to force us into despair, doubt, and unbelief. We're often unaware that we are even in enemy stronghold territory because the thinking is so familiar. It just feels like our normal thinking. Learn to identify your specific strongholds and how to break them.
